Scholars Week, an annual celebration of student research and creative activities at Western, is the highlight of the academic year. From art to engineering technology, students and faculty work closely together to explore the boundaries of knowledge.

Scholars Week 2022, held May 16 – 20, marks the return of the in-person Scholars Showcase, including the Poster Session, Three-minute Thesis (3MT®) presentations, and, as a new presentation category this year, Faculty/student Group Collaborations, featuring research, creative work, or other academic projects resulting from collaborative participation between students and their instructors.

Scholars Week 2022 will also include an online galley of student work, representing the in-person events, while also allowing for multimedia presentation components. In addition, events and activities will be hosted throughout the week by programs and departments across campus.
