  • The Teaching-Learning Academy (TLA) Dialogues are events where students, faculty, staff, and community members come together to explore a question relevant to the current teaching and learning environment. Open to everyone, participation in these dialogues is a great way to get involved, meet new people, and make connections outside of the typical classroom setting. These events also offer a way to explore difficult topics, practice and refine productive communication strategies, and develop skills in interpersonal communication and collaboration. The TLA meets in Wilson 2 West in the area known as Wilson 270. At this particular session, participants in  student-facilitated dialogue groups will explore the question, "When is it appropriate to ask for help? What discourages us from seeking support?"
