As it gets close to finals week, school can be stressful and it may be tough to stay motivated. Please join the WWU Professional Women's Association for an interactive workshop led by CJ Swanlund from the WWU Counseling Center incorporating mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies and tips to foster and maintain motivation.
We will be meeting in AW 305 from 5:00-6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4th. Snacks and hot chocolate will be provided. We hope to see you there!
